Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical patients, including monitoring and responding to clinical changes
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and manage IV therapy per physician orders
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Cerner electronic health record; Epic experience is preferred
• Collaborate with physicians, case management, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust patient care plans
• Support patient safety, infection prevention, and continuity of care during unit float and transfers as needed
  
  

Requirements

• Current California RN license
• BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of medical-surgical RN experience
• Cerner experience required; Epic experience preferred
• Ability to work the night shift (1900–0730) and float as needed
