Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, including assessments, monitoring, and documentation
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor for adverse effects
• Develop and update individualized care plans in coordination with the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor resident safety, prevent falls, and ensure adherence to infection control and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team; document changes and care considerations promptly
  
  

Requirements

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania
• 1 year of RN experience in long-term care or geriatric care preferred
• Ability to work a night shift with a 5x8 schedule
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills
• Ability to work in a long-term care environment and follow facility policies and procedures
