Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor residents for changes in condition
• Perform nursing assessments and document findings in the chart/EMR
• Create and update individualized care plans in coordination with the interdisciplinary team
• Provide wound care, supportive therapies, and infection control measures as ordered
• Respond to resident needs, manage call bells, and maintain safety and comfort
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members; ensure accurate handoffs and timely documentation
  
  

Requirements

• Active registered nurse license in Pennsylvania (or eligible to practice)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
• 1 year of RN experience in a long-term care or geriatric setting preferred
• Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher
• Ability to work the listed shift and perform duties in an LTC setting
• Eligible for travel assignment credentialing and onboarding
