Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site House Supervisor during night shifts, providing clinical and operational leadership for assigned units
• Oversee nursing care delivery, patient safety, and adherence to policies and regulatory standards
• Coordinate staffing coverage, resource utilization, and escalation of clinical issues with the care team
• Support cross-unit operations across Float Pool, Women & Children's, and Med Surg areas to ensure continuity of care
• Collaborate with charge nurses, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams for admissions, transfers, discharges, and complex patient situations
• Contribute to performance improvement initiatives and ensure effective communication to optimize patient flow and outcomes
  
  

Requirements

• Active RN license (state-specific for the assignment)
• Minimum 3 years of direct patient care experience
• Minimum 1 year of charge nurse or equivalent leadership experience
• BLS certification required
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Experience in inpatient hospital settings and cross-unit coordination
