Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures using multidetector scanners, including GE Revolution 256 or Siemens Flash 128-slice, following diagnostic orders and protocol
• Position patients, select appropriate protocols, adjust equipment, and acquire high-quality diagnostic images; monitor patients during exams
• Administer contrast media per protocol, assess for allergies, monitor for adverse reactions, and ensure patient safety throughout the examination
• Apply radiation safety principles, optimize dose, perform basic quality control, and document imaging encounters; assist radiologists with interpretation as needed
• Upload and transfer images to PACS, document procedures, and support trauma imaging and workflow in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Requirements

• Active ARRT CT certification
• BLS certification
• KS Board of Healing Arts license/certification in hand prior to submitting
• Recent Level 1 trauma center imaging experience
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekend requirements (Fri–Sun) for a travel assignment
• Credentialing readiness: credentials due one week prior to start; orientation attendance required
