What are the responsibilities and job description for the Workday HRIS Analyst - 2nd Tier Support position at Healthcare IT Leaders?
Our Client based out of Florida is looking for a Workday HRIS Analyst - 2nd Tier Support. This is a 4 month project with a possibility for extension with an immediate start. No work sponsorships are available and locals to FL only apply.
Travel: Remote role - but needs to be in/near Jacksonville

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of Workday experience required
- Workday certification preferred but not required
- Must support the on-site command center in Jacksonville, covering shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
- Testing and monitoring integrations
- Provide escalated Tier-2 support across HR functional areas
- Support hypercare and stabilization activities including data validation and reconciliation, and data catch-up activities
