Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain UKG Pro WFM Data Hub integrations and data pipelines
- Configure and support Data Hub for data extraction, transformation, and delivery
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems
- Monitor and troubleshoot Data Hub jobs, interfaces, and integrations
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data feeds
- Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements
- Document technical designs, processes, and data flows
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards
- UKGPro WFM Datahub Certification is required
- 3 years of experience with UKG Pro WFM (Kronos Workforce Management)
- Hands-on experience with Data Hub configuration and support
