Seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support Revenue Cycle change management initiatives. This role is focused on tracking, analyzing, and supporting workflow changes across operations, with a strong emphasis on organization, stakeholder communication, and independent execution. The team is operating at capacity, so this individual must be able to ramp quickly and contribute with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities
- Support Revenue Cycle change management efforts across operational workflows
- Analyze, track, and document changes to ensure alignment and visibility across stakeholders
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, identify gaps, and drive solutions
- Maintain and manage detailed tracking tools, reports, and documentation
- Utilize Excel to build and manage data sets, including pivot tables, lookups, and formulas
- Navigate and leverage SharePoint for documentation and collaboration
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation
- Proven experience in Revenue Cycle Change Management Operations
- Strong understanding of workflows and how changes impact downstream operations
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas required)
- SharePoint experience (navigational and functional use)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and tracking capabilities
- Ability to work independently and ramp quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and support stakeholders
