Our East Coast healthcare client is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Application Specialist to support and optimize Supply Chain system applications. This role plays a key part in maintaining system performance, supporting end users, and driving process improvements across the Procure-to-Pay lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of Supply Chain system applications, ensuring optimal performance and user access
- Manage system security, user roles, and access controls within PeopleSoft and related applications
- Lead system integrations, upgrades, and enhancements, including testing, implementation, and post-go-live support
- Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems as needed
- Develop and deliver training, user documentation, and best practices for Supply Chain systems
- Build and run queries to extract data, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights for decision-making
- Maintain product and vendor databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support projects, drive adoption, and implement system enhancements
- Contribute to policy and procedure improvements and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5 years of experience supporting or working with enterprise applications (PeopleSoft strongly preferred)
- Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft SCM / ERP systems
- Strong understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process
- Advanced data analysis skills, including query building and data interpretation
- Experience with relational databases and data structures
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- Experience developing and tracking KPIs to drive process improvements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders
