Our healthcare client in the Bronx is looking for a local resource to join their team in a 6-month contract capacity. This role sits within a newly built Operational Enablement team, supporting a Director who is currently the sole owner of the organization's knowledge governance function. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on how a large health system captures, governs, and acts on institutional knowledge across its ~900-article ServiceNow environment.
Work Schedule: The first 3-months will be fully onsite in the Bronx, Monday through Friday, 8:30am–5pm, and then it will transition to a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Knowledge Governance: Own end-to-end governance of the ServiceNow knowledge base (~900 existing articles) - accuracy, formatting, standards compliance, and annual content review cycles.
- Content Development: Draft and maintain new articles based on case data trends and analytics insights surfaced in partnership with the team's analytics resource.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct regular structured meetings with content owners across the organization to align on priorities, surface gaps, and drive reviews to completion.
- Internal Communications Support: Partner with the change enablement and learning network teams to support org-wide communications tied to knowledge initiatives.
- Training Enablement: Assist with basic training needs tied to knowledge content - demos, how-to documents, and quick reference materials.
- Employee Satisfaction Surveys: Build and deliver CSAT surveys to the full employee population - scheduling, distribution, and results packaging. This is a specific capability gap the team needs filled now.
- Meticulous attention to detail - grammar and formatting errors reaching an org-wide audience are not acceptable in this role
- Organizational discipline with audit cycles, review schedules, and follow-through on stakeholder commitments
- ServiceNow Knowledge module experience strongly preferred
- Survey design and delivery experience - CSAT methodology, scheduling, distribution, and results reporting
- Comfort engaging stakeholders regularly and professionally across organizational levels
- Clear, professional written communication - the output of this role is content that speaks for the organization
