Our large integrated health system client has an immediate need for a Cross-Workstream Integrated Delivery Consultant for a Charge Capture project. The initial duration is 8 months with multiple extensions likely. Client paid travel to Washington, DC up to 25%. Candidates must be W2 hourly; no vendors.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Integrated Delivery team with cross-workstream coordination, dependency tracking, and milestone monitoring
- Prepare program status reports, executive dashboards, and steering committee materials
- Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and workstream alignment meetings
- Maintain and update integrated project plans, risk logs, and issue trackers
- Serve as a central point of coordination for delivery activities across clinical design, analytics, and training workstreams
- Track open action items and ensure timely follow-through across teams
- Support change control governance and documentation processes throughout the program
- 5 years of project management or program delivery experience in a healthcare or consulting environment
- Foundation-level or above proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced program environment
- Strong organizational, analytical, and written communication skills
- Experience preparing executive-level materials and facilitating cross-functional meetings
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification
- Experience supporting large Epic or EHR implementation programs
- Familiarity with charge capture, revenue cycle, or clinical workflow programs
