Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute test scenarios across unit, integration, regression, system, and parallel testing phases
- Analyze test results, identify discrepancies, and drive issue resolution
- Document test cases, outcomes, and track defects
- Collaborate with HRIS, payroll, and IT teams to ensure system readiness
- Support validation efforts for payroll and workforce management systems
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or payroll systems analysis
- Hands-on experience with Workday and UKG Pro WFM
- Strong experience in payroll testing and test execution
- Ability to analyze data, identify variances, and document findings
- Experience working on large-scale system implementations
