Key Responsibilities: Conducts comprehensive patient assessments, develops and updates individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and the healthcare team, and ensures smooth discharge planning. Performs direct patient care, delegates tasks appropriately, and monitors quality and safety standards. Utilizes performance metrics to evaluate care effectiveness, participates in quality improvement initiatives, and provides patient education tailored to learning needs. Maintains compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies, ensuring documentation accuracy and professional development.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires an Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), a current RN license, and at least one year of RN experience or equivalent residency/training. Demonstrates strong communication, clinical judgment, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams and prioritize patient safety and quality care.
