Plans and conducts treatment programs to improve patients' physical, social, and mental functions. Acts as a co-leader within an interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized in-home care.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans using clinical techniques and tools.
- Provides therapy interventions following established protocols and communicates care and discharge plans effectively.
- Completes accurate clinical documentation within deadlines.
- Supervises assigned therapy assistants and performs additional related duties as needed.
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) with licensure in practice states.
- Current Occupational Therapy license in applicable states.
- CPR/BLS certification from approved vendors.
- Valid driver’s license and minimum age of 21.
- Commitment to safety with required vaccinations.
- Ability to supervise assistants and work within a team environment.
