- Managing a diverse caseload across surgical specialties such as general surgery, OB/GYN, urology, orthopedics, and gastrointestinal procedures.
- Working under MD supervision in a 1:2.5 staffing model, with no mandatory call but optional call coverage available.
- Participating in a collaborative supervision environment focused on quality patient care.
- Board certification required.
- Ability to work on-site during assigned shifts.
- Experience with diverse surgical cases preferred.
- Providing anesthesia services, supporting effective case management, and ensuring patient safety.
- Collaborating with anesthesiologists and surgical teams.
- Completing credentialing within 30-120 days.
