- Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, offices, and hallways
- Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the community
- Remove trash and replace liners regularly
- Follow infection control and safety procedures
- Assist with laundry duties as needed
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
- Help create a welcoming environment for residents and visitors
- Previous housekeeping or Environmental Services (EVS) experience preferred
- Healthcare, senior living, hotel, or facility housekeeping experience is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to remain active throughout the shift, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting as needed
- You take pride in keeping spaces clean and organized
- You enjoy helping others and working in a team environment
- You understand the importance of cleanliness in resident care and comfort
- You are dependable and consistent
