What You’ll Do
- Assist in meal preparation and food service under the supervision of the Dietary Manager
- Serve meals to residents in accordance with dietary restrictions and preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, dining area, and serving stations
- Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment following food safety and sanitation procedures
- Stock supplies and ensure items are properly labeled and stored
- Support residents with kindness, respect, and a commitment to excellent service
- Prior experience in food service or healthcare dining preferred (but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work split shifts, including some mornings and evenings
- A passion for helping others and creating a positive dining experience
