Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical operations for an assigned nursing unit
- Coordinate resident care plans with the interdisciplinary team
- Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate follow-up
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to CNAs and nursing staff
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and care plan meetings
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Promote infection control, safety, and quality of care standards
- Active Florida RN or LPN license in good standing
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience required
- Previous charge nurse or leadership experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to lead and support a team in a fast-paced environment
