What You’ll Do
Resident Care & Clinical Support
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
- Complete accurate documentation in EMR (MARs, TARs, progress notes)
- Assist with admissions, readmissions, and discharges
- Communicate with physicians and families regarding resident status
- Work closely with CNAs and interdisciplinary team members
- Support infection prevention and safety initiatives
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Ensure care plans are followed and updated appropriately
- Observe and report changes in condition
- Respond to emergencies following established protocols
- Promote a safe, respectful, and positive care environment
- Active Texas LVN or RN license in good standing
- Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong assessment skills and clinical judgment
- Ability to work 2:00 PM–10:00 PM with every-other-weekend and holiday rotation
- EMR experience (PointClickCare preferred)
