Responsibilities Include
- Providing skilled nursing care to pediatric patients, primarily toddlers with low acuity needs and G-tubes
- Ensuring clinical outcomes through compassionate patient care and collaboration with families
- Utilizing electronic documentation on tablets in patient homes
- Supporting patient health and safety in a home setting
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB test within the past 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Experience preferred but not required
- Providing patient-centered care with empathy and professionalism
- Adapting to flexible schedules, including days, nights, and weekends
- Participating in skill development and paid training opportunities
