Responsibilities Include
- Providing skilled nursing care to infants with low acuity needs, including G-tube management
- Ensuring clinical outcomes through compassionate, patient-centered care
- Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patient homes
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patient health and safety
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state (compact licenses transferred within 90 days)
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Preferred but not required: six months of hands-on nursing experience
- Flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, or PRN, with day, night, and weekend shifts
