- Ensuring clinical outcomes through compassionate and empathetic homecare.
- Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patient homes.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and supporting family education.
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state; compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days.
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
- TB skin test completed within the last 12 months.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Prior nursing experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on pediatric homecare.
- Excellent communication and compassionate care delivery.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
