- Providing basic nursing care and prescribed exercises under supervision.
- Preparing meals according to client preferences and dietary needs.
- Offering companionship and engaging in activities tailored to individual interests.
- Performing light housekeeping duties and maintaining accurate records.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in clients' physical or psychosocial conditions.
- Utilizing EVV systems for task documentation and adhering to the plan of care.
- Ensuring client confidentiality, respecting their rights, and reporting concerns such as abuse or neglect.
- Supporting client independence within their abilities and following all agency policies.
- Current certification with DFS.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Effective communication skills and physical ability to perform tasks like lifting and bending.
- A compassionate attitude towards patient care.
