Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care utilizing nursing skills
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and confidentiality
- Maintain appropriate certifications and licensure
- Support patient rights and safety throughout care delivery
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, BSN)
- Current RN license in the state or with a compact license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional unit-specific certifications may be required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and kneeling
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
