Inside Sales Associate

General Duties

• Provide customer quotations with directions from sales managers
  
• Understand and interpret technical requirements and information for various product lines
  
• Updates job knowledge by studying new product description and spec sheets
  
• Confirm incoming purchase orders
  
• Calculate sales representative commissions
  
• Follow up on customer quotes
  
• Maintain documents, files, and correspondence
  
• Assist other members of the team, as needed
  
• Prepare submittals, wiring diagrams, data sheets, etch from various source programs
  
• Maintain knowledge of competitor product offerings
  
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers
  
• Other duties as assigned
  

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field preferred
  
• Experience in HVAC or electrical industrial sales preferred
  
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems preferred
  
• Highly organized and able to prioritize
  
• Comfortable taking and making calls with customers
  
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  
• Must be detail oriented
  
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
