- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identifying and engaging potential law clients through cold outreach (email/calling), LinkedIn lead generation, and networking at industry events.
- Consultative Selling: Conducting needs analyses to understand client goals (e.g., brand awareness, traffic, or lead gen) and presenting tailored marketing strategies featuring lead generation, public relations and digital marketing.
- Proposal Development: Crafting and delivering compelling sales presentations, cost estimates, and contracts that align with the client’s budget and business objectives.
- Market & Competitor Research: Monitoring industry trends and competitor pricing to ensure the agency’s offerings remain competitive and relevant in 2026.
