Job Description: Job Summary This position assists the Package Dispatch Supervisor (PDS) with dispatch analysis and daily routine tasks that support the dispatch and preload teams. He/She is responsible for analyzing dispatch plans, identifying areas of opportunity, report publication and service audits. Job Type: Part-Time / Permanent Workdays: Monday to Friday(must be able to work ALL 5 days of the week) Shift Hours (must be able to work a minimum of 25 hrs. per week). 2:00 AM - 9:30 AM Shift Duration: 6 hours a day (requires flexibility with Start and Finish times). Work Location: 625 RUE DES CANETONS, QUEBEC CITY, QC G2E 5X6, Canada Salary: $21.50 per hour Responsibilities: Verifies system downloads. Identifies various service failures and exceptions. Prints and distributes multiple daily reports. Makes necessary report updates and communicates changes to PDS. Utilizes mapping tools. Plots previous data and compares actual dispatch to planned dispatch. Maintains a loop analysis to ensure periodic analysis of all loops. Utilizes available reports and systems. Completes monthly dispatch audit. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Required Bilingualism required: French and English (written and spoken). Strong verbal and written communication skills in French are essential. The role involves regular interactions with clients outside of Quebec (70%). - Required The successful candidate must have their own vehicle, as public transportation is not available during shift hours.
