Job Description: Job Description Job Summary This position manages critical shipment requests of US Customs to maintain security and compliance. He/She manages the collection of export shipment documentation to meet various import country clearance regulations and provides the promised service to the UPS customer. This position performs other tasks as requested. Job Type: Part-Time / Permanent Workdays: Monday to Friday(must be able to work ALL 5 days of the week) Shift Hours (must be able to work a minimum of 30 hrs. per week). • 8:00 PM - 2:00 AM Shift Duration: 6 hours a day (requires flexibility with Start and Finish time). Work Location: 1221 32nd Avenue, Lachine, QC H8T 3H2, Canada Salary: $17.75 per hour Key Responsibilities and Duties Performs general office duties, including answering phones, data entry, and filing. Prepares and formats reports and presentations using Microsoft Word and Excel. Coordinates and compiles information for internal use and distribution. Supports problem resolution and assists with basic research tasks. Requirements High School Diploma, GED, or International equivalent – Required Bilingualism required: French and English (written and spoken). Strong verbal and written communication skills in French are essential.
