Job Description: Job Summary This position understands and performs general office procedures in a fast-paced office environment using effective time-management skills. He/She communicates effectively, solves intermediate-level problems and assists with basic research needs. Job Type: Part-Time / Permanent Workdays: (must be able to work ALL 5 days of the week). Shift Hours: (must be able to work a minimum of 25 hrs. per week). Monday to Friday 1:00 Pm to 6:00 Pm Tuesday to Saturday 3:00 Am to 8:00 Am Shift Duration: 5 hours a day (requires flexibility with Start and finish times). Work Location: 22 AERO DRIVE NE CALGARY, AB T2E 8Z9 Canada Compensation: 18.65 per hour Responsibilities: Answers telephone, keys data, files, etc. Prepares reports and presentations using Microsoft Word or Excel. Prepares and/or coordinates information for internal use and distribution. Prepares and maintains departmental calendars and schedules. Coordinates departmental meetings involving catering and travel arrangements for multiple parties. Performs various other tasks as assigned by supervisor and/or manager. Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or International equivalent Data entry skills - Required Effective oral/written communication, problem solving, basic research, and time management skills Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) 6 months - 1 year office support experience - Preferred Additional Information: Applications must include an updated resume.
