Job Title: Product Owner
Location: San Antonio TX (Onsite 100%)
HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Product Owner with Pricing in Auto or Property Casualty Insurance . Product must have experience with Pricing within Auto or P&C. With a focus on Earnix or similar pricing/rating platforms in a functional BA/DPO capacity
Must Have Skills:
- Product Owner with Pricing within Auto or Property Causality insurance must have
- 10 years of experience in pricing, rating, or insurance data products
- Proven experience working with Earnix or similar pricing platforms in a BA / DPO capacity
- Experience with Rating Factors, Pricing Calculation, Risk Factors, or Risk Management
- Strong expertise in backlog management and prioritization across Earnix and Guidewire
- Experience managing cross-system dependencies (Earnix, Guidewire, downstream systems)
- Strong stakeholder collaboration skills across Pricing, Actuarial, Product, Engineering, QA, and Risk
- Experience ensuring high-quality, governed, production-ready pricing data
Preferred Skills:
- Experience driving continuous improvement in pricing processes and delivery efficiency
- Familiarity with pricing governance, regulatory commitments, and audit needs
- Prior experience in large-scale P&C insurance programs
- Exposure to data governance and documentation standards
Job Description:
- Manage and prioritize the pricing backlog across Earnix and Guidewire workstreams, balancing features and regulatory commitments
- Identify and manage cross-system dependencies between Earnix, Guidewire, and downstream systems, ensuring coordinated delivery and minimal business disruption
- Act as a liaison across Pricing & Actuarial, Underwriting/Product, Guidewire engineering, Earnix teams, QA, and Risk/Compliance, ensuring transparency and alignment
- Drive continuous improvement in Earnix–Guidewire pricing processes, documentation standards, and delivery efficiency using lessons learned and best practices
Pay Range Minimum: 131,000k
Pay Range Maximum: 202,000k

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
