This Product Owner will support a loyalty program initiative focused on implementing a new software vendor.
The client is onboarding a new platform, and this individual will play a key role in customizing the solution to align with business needs and user expectations.
Responsible for writing and managing user stories, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and translated into actionable work for development teams.
Will collaborate closely with developers, prioritize backlog items, and drive delivery of a tailored loyalty experience.
Required Qualifications
• 3 years in Product Specialist, Product Analyst, Product Owner, or Technical Business Analyst roles for public-facing websites or mobile apps.
• Proven track record writing clean, structured user stories and acceptance criteria that reduce rework.
• Hands-on with Agile/Scrum delivery in cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering, QA).
• Strong systems thinking ability to work from flows or concepts (before visual designs) and produce build-ready detail.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder facilitation skills.
• Tools (required): Jira, Azure DevOps, Figma.
Salary : $40 - $45
