Job Description
- Own and execute the product vision and roadmap for AI‑driven agents, Copilot solutions, and Microsoft Power Platform capabilities within the Digital Experience portfolio.
- Lead enterprise adoption of AI‑enabled workflows, copilots, and automation, translating emerging technology into practical, employee‑facing productivity gains.
- Serve as the primary Product Owner for AI and Power Platform products focused on enablement, adoption, and scalable low‑code/no‑code solutions.
- Partner closely with Agile delivery teams, UX, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to continuously deliver value.
- Drive backlog prioritization, release planning, and coordination across multiple teams and lines of business.
- Act as the voice of the customer, identifying pain points and opportunities, and translating them into clear product requirements and solutions.
- Evangelize AI capabilities and modern ways of working, influencing adoption across senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
- Ensure solutions align with responsible AI principles, governance standards, and enterprise compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7 years of relevant experience in product ownership or product management.
- Proven experience owning and delivering enterprise digital products.
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including:
- Copilot Studio
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- AI Builder
- Demonstrated experience building and managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and release plans in an Agile environment.
- Hands‑on Product Owner experience with AI‑driven solutions, automation, and low‑code/no‑code platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across business and IT.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models; Product Owner or Agile certification strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of data governance, responsible AI, and enterprise compliance considerations.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Agentic AI expertise (designing, deploying, or scaling AI agents in enterprise environments).
- Experience driving organization‑wide AI adoption or digital transformation initiatives.
- Background working in large, complex, or regulated enterprise environments.
- Strong UX sensibility and experience partnering closely with UX teams.
- Experience evangelizing AI and automation capabilities to non‑technical audiences.
- Familiarity with energy, industrial, or adjacent enterprise domains.
Salary : $141,000 - $174,000
