We are seeking a motivated and detailed professional to join our Ontario team as a Fire Alarm Systems Monitoring Administrator.

Responsibilities
- Monitor fire alarm, intrusion, area of refuge and elevator systems for system performance and safety.
- Report system malfunctions, incidents, and emergencies to internal teams or vendors as soon as performance issues are detected for fast resolution.
- Review emails for urgent service requests to determine which systems need immediate attention.
- Assist internal team members, vendors, and customers, managing and monitoring inquiries across our HCI offices and sister offices for Control Systems Inc.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain well-organized records.
- Answer phone calls and emails with a high-level of professionalism.
- Communicate effectively by phone and email, providing excellent customer service.
- Identify and resolve issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage incoming requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in data entry with the capability to handle multiple tasks and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
- Ability to recite information verbally and via email to explain our operations and procedures.
- Strong critical thinking skills to identify issues and apply effective problem-solving.
- Ability to successfully pass background check and drug screening.
