Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in overseeing the organization’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with applicable governmental accounting standards, and maintaining the integrity of financial reporting. This position requires a strategic thinker who can analyze complex financial data, identify risks, and provide actionable insights to support executive decision-making and long-term business objectives. This position will be working under the Hangcha America Smart Logistics (HASL) subsidiary.

The Finance Manager will also be responsible for optimizing financial performance through effective cash flow management, investment oversight, and cross-functional collaboration. A strong foundation in financial management principles, taxation, auditing, and regulatory compliance is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously refine financial strategies that align with the organization’s short- and long-term objectives.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports, translating complex data into meaningful insights for leadership decision-making.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential financial, operational, and compliance risks, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Oversee and ensure accuracy in account reconciliation processes, maintaining strict adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements including GAAP standards.
• Manage accounts payable & accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and vendor relationships.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and investment activities to optimize financial performance and sustainability.
• Ensure full compliance with governmental accounting standards, tax regulations, and audit requirements, GAAP standards, coordinating with external auditors as needed.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency within financial operations.
• Provide financial guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development.
  
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field; CPA, CPA candidate, or CMA designation is required.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Written and verbal fluency in both Mandarin and English is required.
• Proven experience in financial management, including taxation and auditing practices.
• Strong expertise in strategic planning and financial analysis, with the ability to interpret and present financial data effectively.
• Proficiency in risk analysis methodologies and investment management principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail, particularly in account reconciliation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Proficiency and hand-on experience with ERP systems; SAP S/4 HANA is highly preferred

• Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
