Key Responsibilities
- Develop, grow, and manage HASL dealer accounts within the assigned region, ensuring consistent revenue growth, market share expansion, and long-term partner success
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with dealers, national accounts, sales teams, and end users, fostering trust, collaboration, and open communication to drive mutual business goals.
- Train and support dealers on product features, brand positioning, and sales strategies, including hands-on demonstrations, ongoing education, and tailored guidance to maximize their performance.
- Prospect and recruit new dealers to strengthen distribution coverage and improve territory performance, evaluating potential partners for alignment with company standards and growth objectives.
- Assist dealers in developing sales plans, executing promotions, and achieving sales targets, providing strategic insights, coaching, and progress tracking to ensure measurable results.
- Conduct regular dealer visits to support sales initiatives, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for growth, offering on-site problem-solving, product demonstrations, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, technical training, and marketing initiatives, ensuring coordinated execution and alignment with overall company objectives.
- Provide accurate regional reporting, forecasting, and competitive intelligence, delivering actionable insights to inform strategy and drive informed decision-making.
- Attend trade shows, dealer meetings, product demonstrations, and company events to promote the brand, engage key stakeholders, and stay current on industry trends.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Hangcha’s product lines and competitive products, continuously updating knowledge to effectively position products and advise dealers.
- 5 years of experience in equipment sales, dealer management, or territory sales within the material handling industry
- Proven experience managing dealer networks and channel distribution, including recruiting, training, and motivating dealers
- Experience with sales forecasting, territory planning, and pipeline management.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong references in demonstrating successful dealer or channel management performance.
- Willingness to travel 50–70%, including overnight travel.
- Experience with forklift dealers, equipment dealers, or technical equipment sales.
- Familiarity with the Hangcha product lineup, competitive landscape within the material handling industry, and industry pricing dynamics.
