Advanced Technical Support
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic support for complex cryogenic and rotating equipment systems across North America
- Serve as the primary technical escalation point for field service teams and service centers
- Support workshops with engineering decisions involving repair methodologies, part usability, and rework disposition
- Maintain and expand technical expertise across both current and emerging product lines
- Address customer technical concerns with urgency, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Support field service teams before, during, and after customer site interventions
- Promote a strong customer-focused culture throughout the service organization
- Develop detailed repair, overhaul, and technical service reports for customers
- Lead root cause investigations involving equipment failures, reliability concerns, and product quality issues
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize recurrence and improve long-term performance
- Analyze customer feedback, complaint trends, and warranty data to identify systemic improvements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, operational performance, and service execution
- Oversee warranty claim evaluations, approvals, documentation, and resolution processes
- Analyze warranty KPIs and performance trends while reporting findings to leadership teams
- Maintain accurate technical and warranty records
- Provide engineering and operational recommendations driven by reliability and performance data
- Develop technical documentation, service bulletins, presentations, work instructions, and communication materials
- Support internal knowledge-sharing initiatives across North American operations
- Contribute to standardized technical guidance and best practices throughout the organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline
- 10 years of experience within industrial manufacturing, aftermarket service, or technical service environments
- Strong experience supporting rotating and reciprocating equipment systems
- Background working with cryogenic processes and industrial systems
- Advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and diagnostic expertise
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams in fast-paced technical environments
- Strong customer-facing and problem-solving mindset
