Position: Service Coordinator

Location: San Bernardino, CA.

Pay: $24–$27/hour

Experience: At least 2 years in case management, social services, or a related field.

Education: High School Diploma.

Type: Full-time; Temporary

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

HB Staffing is seeking a Service Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Provide case management services to individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
• Assess client needs and develop individualized service plans.
• Connect clients with housing, employment, benefits, and community resources.
• Maintain accurate and timely case notes, documentation, and reports.
• Conduct occasional field visits and outreach using a KEYS vehicle.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and community partners.
• Support special projects and events aligned with KEYS’ mission.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Experience working with homeless or low-income populations preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using database systems.
• Valid California driver’s license and acceptable driving record preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
