Job Description:
- Manage full AP and AR functions using QuickBooks.
- Initiate ACH payments and set up new payment recipients.
- Record inbound ACH credits and apply them to AR.
- Complete daily bank deposits and reconciliations.
- Process deposit filings for California Redemption Value and occasional other state documents.
- Maintain office supplies and oversee ordering.
- Handle basic HR administrative tasks and employee time-off requests.
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks for AP/AR tasks.
- Experience with ACH payment setup and processing.
- Ability to reconcile bank accounts accurately.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple administrative tasks.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
