Job Description:
- Manage the full quote-to-order process in SAP with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data in Salesforce and SAP.
- Partner with pricing and sales teams to support margin approvals and revenue goals.
- Serve as the main liaison between customers and internal production, planning, and logistics teams.
- Provide same-day responses for order status, RFQs, and customer inquiries.
- Track win/loss data and maintain detailed account intelligence.
- Coordinate RMAs, expedites, and post-order support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in SAP (Sales & Distribution or Order Management).
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
- Solid understanding of quote-to-order and order-to-cash workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and process accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
