Position: Maintenance Technician

Location: Colton, CA

Pay: $28/hour

Experience: Building or apartment maintenance experience required; apartment complex experience preferred.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift

HB Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Perform complete unit turns, including interior and exterior maintenance tasks.
• Complete plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry, and HVAC repairs.
• Install and repair appliances as needed.
• Conduct trash-outs and prepare units for occupancy.
• Perform general maintenance across multiple properties as assigned.
• Report maintenance issues and completed work to the Maintenance Supervisor.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• Ability to work onsite and travel to nearby locations as needed.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional communication and teamwork skills.
