The Role
- Lead incident and problem management, resolving complex issues and addressing escalations.
- Complete work assignments and support business-specific projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Support stability, availability, and performance of enterprise systems through complex analysis.
- Provide first and second-level support, diagnosing and resolving complex incidents.
- Plan and perform complex system configuration, installations, upgrades, and decommissions.
- Define maintenance, modification, and documentation of complex applications.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in application support.
- Minimum one (1) year in an informal leadership role with IT or operational teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Social Science, Education, Business, Health Care or related field, OR equivalent work experience.
- Minimum six (6) years working in IT or operations.
