The Role
- Handle high-volume inbound calls regarding auto insurance sales or wireless account management, delivering world-class customer service on every interaction.
- Utilize advanced CRM software to process orders, update customer records, and document account changes with 100% accuracy.
- Drive revenue by utilizing product knowledge to identify customer needs and troubleshoot complex concerns through effective consultative selling techniques.
- Manage end-to-end customer lifecycles including account activations, billing inquiries, and service upgrades while maintaining high satisfaction scores.
- Execute multitasking strategies across multiple software platforms and communication channels to resolve inquiries with both speed and empathy.
- At least 6 months of experience in a Sales-driven environment or high-volume Retail setting with a focus on meeting KPIs.
- Proven proficiency in basic computer software, digital navigation, and data entry with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to explain complex product features to diverse customer sets.
- High School Diploma or GED and a minimum age of 18 years to meet regulatory requirements.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States and a commitment to a consistent 40-hour work week.
