The Role

- Develop and maintain high-performance Java microservice web applications within a modern, distributed ecosystem
- Collaborate with the Technical Lead on architectural decisions, design problems, and shaping the product roadmap
- Interact directly with customers and operators to troubleshoot issues, gather feedback, and propose new features
- Ensure quality through end-to-end testing, continuous integration, and deployment of production-ready applications
- 3 years of software engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline OR 7 years of equivalent experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Java design, debugging, and complex problem-solving
- Proven experience building and maintaining RESTful web applications using Spring Boot
- Experience interacting with MongoDB or similar NoSQL/relational database technologies
- Practical experience writing and executing automated tests to ensure code reliability
- Active TS/SCI with poly clearance
