Senior Technical Scrum Master

The Role

• Drive complex initiatives from concept through delivery, gaining deep understanding of project scope and aligning stakeholders.
• Lead projects within an Agile delivery environment, supporting PI planning and sprint execution.
• Work closely with product owners, technical leads, and development teams to align backlog priorities.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage work items, track progress, and monitor delivery metrics.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects across cross-functional teams, ensuring completion on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
  
  

What You'll Need

• 15 years of experience managing complex projects or programs, with at least 5 years in Agile and 5 years in traditional waterfall delivery.
• At least 10 years' experience working in a large enterprise (more than 5,000 employees) or the Federal Government.
• Highly experienced in leading and driving executives to reach project objectives.
• Strong sense of urgency, proactively identifying risks, removing blockers, and driving timely decision-making.
• Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management and work tracking.
• PMP and CSM/SAFe Scrum Master certifications are essential.
