Data Engineer

A fast-growing organization is building a modern, cloud-based data platform. This is a ground-floor opportunity to architect a data warehouse from scratch, working side-by-side with a data-savvy leader who is eager to have a true technical partner. This company is looking for someone to help turn scattered data sources into scalable, trusted pipelines and directly shape how the organization makes decisions.

The Role

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and warehouse structures using Microsoft Fabric
• Source and integrate multiple key systems into a centralized Fabric data warehouse
• Build dimensional models and analytics-ready datasets that power leadership dashboards
• Implement data quality, validation, and governance standards across the platform
• Partner directly with the Director of Data & Analytics to shape Fabric strategy and best practices
  
  

What You'll Need

• 3 years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or data modeling
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric required
• Strong SQL skills, with Python and/or PySpark experience a plus
• Exposure to cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Snowflake
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
