The Role
- Lead end-to-end manual testing for new features, releases, and M365 integrations (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
- Design comprehensive test plans by analyzing business requirements and user stories, ensuring full coverage.
- Validate AI and automation features for usability, consistency, and fairness, incorporating networking and security.
- Develop and maintain light automation scripts for regression/smoke testing, leveraging Azure DevOps.
- Establish and manage a QA lab environment for integrated system and cross-platform testing.
- 10 years in hardware/software QA, focusing on manual testing and some automation, especially with enterprise productivity platforms (M365 preferred).
- Expertise in testing across web, mobile, desktop, Windows, macOS, iOS, and cloud environments, with strong understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC.
- In-depth knowledge of M365 services (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive) and experience validating AI/ML features.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps for test management, defect tracking, and release workflows.
- Basic understanding of networking principles and security best practices relevant to QA.
