Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Sales Strategy & Analytics organization in data organization, strategic dashboard development, and AI/ML model deployment.
- Contribute to the 3-5 year AI transformation roadmap for Sales, defining how AI and ML will reshape sales operations.
- Lead development and refinement of the overall sales analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals and market dynamics.
- Create and deliver insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations providing actionable intelligence to leadership.
- Provide thought leadership as Cox Automotive Sales develops world-class talent and AI-enabled processes.
- 12 years of experience in sales analytics, sales strategy, or data science, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience leading AI/ML transformation initiatives in commercial/sales organizations.
- Expert-level proficiency with modern analytics tools and platforms including SQL, Python/R, Snowflake, Tableau/PowerBI, and machine learning frameworks.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML techniques including predictive modeling, propensity scoring, and generative AI applications.
- Excellent executive communication, business writing, and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex analytics into compelling business narratives.
