The Role
- Lead the strategic engagement and go-to-market motions for internal manufacturing solutions across high-growth business units like AWS and Global Stores.
- Act as a force multiplier by identifying and prioritizing manufacturing opportunities that drive significant financial impact and operational efficiency.
- Influence long-term capacity planning and new manufacturing technology investments by delivering data-driven business cases to executive stakeholders.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Product teams to translate customer needs into scalable product features and technical specifications.
- Author complex strategic documents and operational plans that define the future of internal industrial product delivery.
- 6 years of experience in Business Development, Technical Product Management, or Customer Success within the manufacturing or industrial hardware sectors.
- 3 years of deep operational knowledge of decision-making processes within large-scale operations or cloud infrastructure environments (AWS/Ops experience preferred).
- Proven track record of managing significant projects from concept to deployment using sophisticated data analysis and creative problem-solving.
- Technical background in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Automation, or a related field.
- Exceptional ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate actionable solutions across a complex global ecosystem.
