The Role
- Lead the UX vision for multi-disciplinary agile teams, defining and testing complex workflows for dental and revenue cycle management products.
- Synthesize primary and secondary user research into actionable design narratives and high-fidelity specifications for development.
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices across product and engineering disciplines to ensure UI/UX consistency.
- Drive critical decisions on project scope, design strategy, and implementation trade-offs for large-scale enterprise SaaS applications.
- Collaborate with data analytics specialists and service operations to validate design impact and identify refinement opportunities.
- 5 years of professional UX/Product Design experience, with a strong emphasis on complex enterprise, financial, or healthcare systems.
- Proven track record leading design initiatives in an Agile/Scrum environment and managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
- Mastery of design tools for creating detailed wireframes, prototypes, and specifications (e.g., Figma, Sketch) for scalable web platforms.
- Deep expertise in problem framing, interaction design, and information architecture for data-heavy interfaces.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale and advocate for user needs in a technical landscape.
