Contract Payroll Analyst | Remote
We're hiring for a reputable non-profit organization dedicated to providing essential

The Role
• Process payroll accurately and on time for approximately 400 employees
• Perform billing, reconciliations, and monthly journal entries
• Assist other departments with payroll-related inquiries and tasks
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll regulations and best practices
• Collaborate with various departments for accurate record-keeping and reporting
• Utilize payroll software for efficient payroll management
What You'll Need
• Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience; 5 years if substituting for education
• Proficiency in accounting, spreadsheet, and word processing software
• Strong understanding of payroll practices and bookkeeping
• Excellent communication skills and email etiquette
• Ability to work independently with a helpful and courteous attitude
• Experience with UKG Pro/Workforce Management or similar payroll software is preferred
