- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 7-10 years of experience in data-driven marketing leadership
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, paid social, campaign execution, and analytics
- Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva
- Proven ability to lead community outreach and build strategic partnerships
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
